Hi! Let me tell you my story…

I was born in Franklin and have lived in Johnson County my entire life. I founded Benjamin’s Coffeehouse in downtown Franklin in 1995 and owned it for over 11 years. It is there that I learned to offer excellent customer service to everyone and to do business with integrity. After 11 years, I sought out a new challenge and obtained my Series 7 and 66 becoming a licensed Financial Advisor…yet another opportunity for me to express integrity and impeccable customer service! Fast forward to 2014, the rising of the ever popular HGTV channel! I was hooked. Modern Realty Group was born! I chose to start my own Real Estate company for one reason…CONTROL. I wanted to control the type of service I could offer my clients. I wanted to control my success or failure. I wanted to control how many active clients was optimal for my business plan and lastly, I wanted to control who was affiliated with my company name. I’m not about the number of clients, but about the satisfaction of my clients. This may sound strange to many of you, but I am not motivated by money, I’m motivated by a successful transaction and a client who says “Great job”!

When you’re ready to discuss buying or selling your home, my phone is always on and my email is always accessible.
